Big Sky Besties

When you first visit Montana you breathe in and fall completely in love with the wide open spaces and actual BIG skies. Over 10 years ago our first Big Sky Bestie, Kat, moved with her family out to Montana in search of a quieter life, safer neighborhoods and the lifestyle that small towns offer. This was a huge change for Kat as she was leaving behind her family and her best friend of 30 years. It took about two months before the second Big Sky Bestie, Maile, couldn't take the distance and paid her first visit to the amazing landscape of Montana. This was the beginning of the end of Maile living in California. In 2016 Maile made the same transition as Kat and now they both call Montana home...and only five minutes apart from each other!

This is just the beginning for the besties who have a common goal in mind...to lose weight! We want to live healthier lives, share our ups and downs with others and hopefully create a community of people who aren't looking to be a specific size but are looking to eat better, feel better and eventually see ourselves as better. We cannot wait to share our weight loss journey and hope you follow along.
